Software and Firmware Update Philosophy

SAFE Sens® manufactured products are designed to allow software updates to be performed with minimal user intervention and disruption.  This was intentionally done to enable software improvements to be easily accessed.

We continue to solicit feedback from users about potential functionality and feature enhancements and expect to refine and improve on our products quickly.  If you have ideas send them to us at support@safesens.com

We recommend updating your TrakStation to the most current version.  BCSI currently supports users running the current versions of software (v1.1.2 and v2.1.3).

Support for users running the version v1.0.7 or earlier ended as of December 31 2018. If you are running a software version earlier than v1.0.8, please upgrade your current software for full support of the TrakStation product.

    Software and firmware updates for the wrong operating system (OS) will directly inhibit the use of your TrakStation.
